Online therapy for Texas families

Estrangement Recovery Therapy

A structured, compassionate path back to each other after a period of distance.

When the silence has gone on too long

Estrangement between a mother and daughter is rarely about one event. It builds over years of misunderstandings, unmet needs, and words that could not be taken back. When one or both of you are ready to try again, a neutral, trained guide makes the first conversations far less frightening.

How we approach reconnection

We do not rush reconciliation. Your therapist first helps each of you clarify what you need in order to feel safe. Then, at a pace you both agree on, we move into guided conversations built around listening, acknowledgment, and repair — not blame. The goal is a relationship that is honest and sustainable, not a return to how things were.

What if only one of us is ready?

Reconnection requires both people to choose it. If your mother or daughter is not yet willing, our Global Hub offers reflections and community support to help you prepare, grieve, or set healthy expectations in the meantime.
