1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using www.passportjourneys.org, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Passport Journeys for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any community members
• Share another person's account or login credentials

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Passport Journeys are provided "as is." Passport Journeys makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

IMPORTANT: Passport Journeys is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. Community resources are educational and supportive in nature. Therapy services are clinical and conducted by licensed therapists.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Passport Journeys or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Passport Journeys, even if Passport Journeys or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Passport Journeys could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Passport Journeys does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Passport Journeys may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

6. Materials & Content Rights

The materials on Passport Journeys are protected by copyrights and trademarks. You acknowledge that you do not obtain any ownership rights by downloading protected material. Permission to use materials is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

7. User Content & Community Guidelines

By posting content in our Community Hub or Forum, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content. You represent that:

• You own or have permission to share the content
• Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You will not post hate speech, harassment, explicit content, or misinformation
• You respect the privacy of others (no sharing of clinical information)

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

8. Subscription & Payment

Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

9. Therapy Services Disclaimer

Texas Residents Only: Therapy services are available exclusively to individuals who reside in Texas. By completing a clinical intake, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

Not a Crisis Service: Passport Journeys is not equipped to handle mental health crises. If you are experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm urges, or a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

Therapist Liability: Therapists are independent practitioners or licensed under partner organizations. Passport Journeys facilitates connections but does not employ therapists. Therapeutic relationships are between you and your therapist.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Passport Journeys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

Passport Journeys may terminate your account and access to services at any time for violation of these Terms or community guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
